Return Policy

  • Returns Period – We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

  • Non-Returnable Items – For hygiene reasons, items such as undergarments or customized products cannot be returned.

  • Refunds – Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Exchanges – If you need a different size or color, you may request an exchange (subject to stock availability).

  • Return Shipping – Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

  • Damaged or Wrong Items – If you receive a defective or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours for a free replacement or full refund.
